Printing from the kirkwoodgolf website

I've recently become aware that some people have a problem printing out pages from this website. The banner at the top, and the menus and indexes down the sides, mean that, for some people, there is not enough printing space for the vital bit in the middle! Often the right hand side of the page is truncated and you have to guess the end of each line.
There are two things that YOU can do to get better printouts :-

  1. Print out in Landscape rather than Portrait orientation. This gives you more width across the page. To do this, while in your Browser go into File, Page Setup, and change Orientation to Landscape.

  2. If it is a certain section that you want to print e.g. the Under 16 results, then highlight the section, including photos with your left mouse button.
Then CLICK ON THE HIGHLIGHTED AREA WITH THE RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON and, from the mini menu that pops up, choose Print.
When the Print window pops up, in Print Range, choose "Print selection".
You'll find that the banners, menus etc don't appear and you should get just the essential bit in the middle, and fingers crossed, it should fit the page!
NB, For Macintosh users, who don't have a right mouse button, hold down the shift key while clicking on your selection.

You will now be able to tell all your friends how to do this and impress them with your Computer savvy!

Best wishes

Gill
