Morag Macpherson wins the Pargood Under-14 title.

Photos

The Pargood Scottish Under-14 girls' title was won by the last girl to finish - Morag MacPherson from Kilmarnock Barassie. The 28-handicapper had a net round of 66 to total 42 Stableford points, one more than the long-time leader, Roseanne Niven (Crieff), the 13-year-old who won her women's club championship a few days ago.
Rachel Connor (Manchester) won the Under-12 girls' award with more points on the inward half than 10-year-old Carly Booth (Comrie). Both had finished with 39pt.

LOSSIEMOUTH lad Steven Mann won the Pargood Scottish Under-14 boys' stroke-play championship at Ratho Park Golf Club near Edinburgh today (Wed).
A birdie at last for a round of three-over-par 72 won him the title by two strokes from fellow Northerners Lewis Kirton (Oldmeldrum) and Fraserburgh's Jordan Findlay as well as Welsh challenger Adam Runcie from Abergele.
Steven also had a birdie at the sixth in halves of 37 (two over) and 35 (one over). He had bogeys at the first, seventh, eighth, 12th and 13th.
