Staffordshire county player Melissa Siviter, first-year student at Belmont Abbey College, North Carolina, finished eighth in a field of 86 at the Agnes McAmis Memorial women's college tournament at Link Hills Country Club, Greenville in Tennessee.
Melissa, pictured, had rounds of 76 and 73 over the par-72, 5805yd course for a total of 149.
Team-mate Carley Warrington, a final-year student from Bradwell, England, tied for 12th place on 152 with scores of 77 and 75.
Susan Martin (Methodist University) was the individual winner with scores of 71 and 69 for 140, finishing one shot ahead of Ashley Denton (Wingate) (71-70).
Methodist University (604) pipped Belmont Abbey College (605) for the team title, contested by 15 squads. Carson-Newman College (611) finished third.
