BRIGGS SISTERS QUALIFY FIRST AND THIRD FOR
RENFREWSHIRE COUNTY MATCH-PLAY

Defending champion Megan Briggs made light of the wet conditions underfoot to return a 75, one over the CSS, and lead the 16 qualifiers for the match-play stages of the Renfrewshire women's county golf championship at Bonnyton Golf Club today.
Megan's younger sister Eilidh qualified in third place with a 77.
There were 48 entries.
The Peggy Clark Trophy for the best net score was won by Sara McCorkell (Williamwood) with a 72 off four of a handicap.
