British girls' play-off resumes at
6.15 am Wednesday morning

The eight-player play-off for the last three places in the match-play stages of the British girls open amateur golf championship at Monifieth will resume at 6.15 Wednesday morning after three extra holes' play eliminated only four players.
With the rain teeming down at 9.25pm, in total darkness, the Ladies Golf Union officials abandoned play after the players had holed out on the 18th green after play at the first and second holes had started at 8pm.
Definitely through is Katharina Boehm (Germany) who had a birdie 4 at the 18th.
Definitely out are Joelle Van Baarle (Belgium), who had a bogey 5 at the 2nd, Laura Charlier (Belgium), with a bogey 5 at the first, and Sian Evans (Faversham) with a 5 at the second.
Resuming at 6.15 and battling for the last two places will be Sarah Tyson (Redlibbets), Daniela Lendl (US), Jenny Haggblom (Finland) and Denise Kalek (Germany).
