Our Flag event moved onto the links at Newburgh on Sunday with some new competitors competing in the our events for the first time.
Nicole Yeats achieved a personal best by finishing in the hole at the ninth. John Philips, competing for the first time this season, lifted the Boys U10 event with Fraser Cowie and Kevin Duncan close on his heels.
The Boys U12 event provided a real close affair with Scott Watson pipping Michael Carrell by half a metre to win first place. Twin brother Craig made it a memorable day for the Watson family when he finished in 3rd place.
