Lucy McNulty top scores in Brevard College win over Montreat College

Lucy McNulty from Oban, now in her second year at Brevard College, North Carolina, was the lowest individual scorer in a women's stroke-play team contest against Montreat College over Brevard College's home course (par 72, 6038yd).
Brevard College women won with a total of 364 to Montreat's 387.
Lucy's round of 83 was the lowest in the field of 10 players.

Harriet makes top 30 at Penn State Invitational

Harriet Owers-Bradley from Nottingham, a student at Yale University, finished joint 26th in a field of 90 for the Nittany Lions' women's invitational college tournament at Penn State University's Blue Course, State College, Pennsylvania.
Harriet had ever deteriorating rounds of 73, 78 and 85 for a total of 236 - 18 shots behind the winner Emily Ransone (Penn State), playing over her home course and loving every minute of it, with scores of 71, 74 and 73 for two-over-par 218.
Joanna Coe (Rollins College) was second with 74, 70 and 76 for 220.
Former Welsh amateur champion Kirsty O'Connor (Ball State University) from Lancashire finished joint 42nd with scores of 80, 81 and 79 for 240.
Rollins College (909) won the team title with surprising ease from the hosts, Penn State (925) with Yale 8th of 16 teams with a total of 942.
