Just a quick note to let you have a little ‘Pre-Festival’ Information prior to your arrival for the 2010 Hacienda Del Alamo Festival.

2. St Valentines Dinner – Please join us on Saturday evening at the Clubhouse for our annual St Valentines Dinner/Dance. Cost is 27€ per head including dinner, wine & entertainment. Anyone interested can let me know by email in advance, or confirm with me when checking in on Saturday morning.
3. Sunday 14th – Practice Day. The range will be open for practice with complimentary range balls, from 0800 – 1700hrs, and tee times for your free practice rounds are available throughout the day. If you wish to book a certain time then please advise.
4. Welcome Meeting – All Competitors are requested to attend the welcome meeting on Sunday evening at 1900hrs, which will take place in the V.I.P. Lounge at the Clubhouse. This will be our opportunity to explain full details of the week’s events, and answer any of your questions.
5. Handicap Certificates – please could all competitors bring up to date confirmation of their current handicaps with them when they check in for the Festival.

I hope this information is of interest, and I look forward to meeting you all next week for a successful event.
Kind Regards,
