TEAM EVENT IS FESTIVAL SATURDAY HIGHLIGHT
AS MARTINA BIDS TO TOP 1,000 EUROS MARK

The inaugural Hacienda del Alamo Womenīs Winter Festival in south-east Spain moves into its third competition of the six-event programe tomorrow with the Festival team event.
There are two sections to this with the lady professionals playing their own better-ball stroke-play over the tough Dave Thomas course while the amateurs - the Festival lady amateurs being joined by Hacienda del Alamo owners, male and female, as well as some Spanish amateurs, again male and female, from the neighbourhood.
Ireland's Martina Gillen will be bidding to boost her earnings for the week over the 1,000 Euros mark, having won the Festivalīs first two pro events over 36 holes on Monday and Tuesday, followed by an 18-hole Stableford on Thur5sday.
She will be crossing swords with compatriot Claire Coughlan, Welsh rookie Natasha Morgan, Scottish rookie Jenna Wilson and Belgium's Lien Willems and Spain's Maria Martin.
In fact Martina and Claire are on the same side. The luck of the draw, made by Martina, paired her with Claire and they will be hot favourites to land the 400 Euros jackpot for the winning pair.
Jenna Wilson partners Natasha Morgan while Lien Willems has Maria Martin as a team-mate.
The pair with the second lowest better ball score will earn 200 Euros between them.
On the amateur side, it will be a better-ball Stableford points format.
Gina Sim, wife of the Scots-born Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort Director of Golf Billy Sim has a two-handicapper, Lisa Barton, as a partner so they might be among the leading contenders with their combination of local knowledge and a low handicap.
Amber Ratcliffe, the 12-year-old Royal Cromer 18'handicapper who has made such an impact over the first week, has Karen Ogilvy from Auchterarder as her partner.
Karen's daughter Emily made the trip with her mum even though she will not be fit enough to play golf again until the end of March. Emily had a horrific accident in a gymnasium back home where she was powerless to prevent the weights on the machine falling backwards and forcing her right shoulder back until it was dislocated. Painful even to talk about it so you can image the agony Emily must have been in at the time.
But so keen is she on her golf she has been practising one-handed shots on the excellent facilities at Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort.
The weather has been the most disappointing feature of the first week at the Murcia resort ... very windy, quite cool with some rain, fortunately most of it during the night. But the Spanish sun is forecast to shine on Saturday.
