Euan Brown's pleasing debut
for St Mary's College at
Pebble Beach, California

Former Scotland boy international Euan Brown from Troon has made a pleasing debut for St Mary's College, California on the American west coast college circuit.
Euan finished third of the 10 St Mary's College players in the St Mary's Invitational tournament over the world-famous Pebble Beach course.
The event was hosted by the nicely-named Poppy Hills Golf Club.
Nineteen-years-old and 6ft tall, Euan (pictured right) finished 42nd overall in a field of 90 players with scores of 74, 75 and 72.
Also in the field was an old Ayrshire and Kilmarnock Barassie buddy, David Addison, who is in his senior (final year) as a student at the University of Akron, Ohio.
David, who had some good scores during his summer holidays back home in Scotland, had rounds of 76, 75 and 75 for 226 and a share of 61st place at Pebble Beach.
The tournament was won by Domingo Jojola (San Francisco University) with scores of 71, 66 and 70 for six-under-par 207 - good shooting over Pebble Beach indeed.
