Kate Johnston wins East Vets Autumn Meeting
Kate Johnston (Baberton) took the honours at the ESVLGA Autumn meeting over sunny Murrayfield today. Her 83 less 12, net 71, was one shot better than Caroline Johnstone from the home club, but Caroline had the consolation of returning the best scratch score of the day, a four over par 77. Anne Hanna was third. The best bronze score was returned by Anne McIntosh (Gullane Ladies) with a net 75.
