Holly Clyburn in Florida for Dixie Amateur

Holly Clyburn (Woodhall Spa), the much-travelled English girls' champion, is the only British or Irish entry for the Dixie Amateur women's championship at Heron Bay Golf Club, Coral Springs in Florida.
The tournament starts on December 31 and ends on January 3.
Before that the Junior Orange Bowl International Championship will be played over the Biltmore course at Coral Gables, Florida.
It starts on December 27 and finishes on the 30th.
The English Golf Union has sent Jonathan Bell to represent it but there are no young men (or young women, for that matter, from Scotland, Ireland or Wales in the international field which includes such high-power young amateurs as British Amateur champion Matteo Manassero (Italy), ranked No 2 in the world, and French amateur champion Romain Wattel who beat Ross Kellett (Colville Park) in the recent final of the Argentina men's open amateur championship at Buenos Aires.
+We'll be publishing results and reports from both the Dixie Women's Amateur Championship and the Junior Orange Bowl International boys' and girls' championships on this website.
